Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the IPTVNORWAY Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. IPTVNORWAY reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any modifications will be posted on the website, and your continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. Affiliate Program Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must submit an affiliate application through the IPTVNORWAY website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application in our sole discretion. You will ensure that your website does not contain any content that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise harmful as determined by us.

3. Commissions and Payments

• Commission Rates: Affiliates will earn a commission rate of 10% for every sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate’s account balance has reached a minimum threshold of $100.
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
• Refunds: If a customer requests a refund for a transaction that was previously paid to an affiliate, the commission for that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s future payments.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection, anti-spam, and advertising laws.
• Promotional Restrictions: Affiliates may not promote IPTVNORWAY in any way that is misleading, unethical, or illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, email spam, false advertising, or unauthorized use of trademarks.
• Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from purchasing ads using IPTVNORWAY’s trademarks or any variations thereof, and from creating or using websites that might be seen as impersonating IPTVNORWAY.

5. Termination

IPTVNORWAY reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship for any reason, including breach of any of the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer have access to the Program and will forfeit any pending commissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

IPTVNORWAY will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program. Furthermore, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this agreement.

7. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between IPTVNORWAY and the affiliate.

By signing up and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
